The 5 P's of Fall

Friends of the Jae Foundation,

As the leaves change and the pace of life shifts, fall gives us a natural moment to pause and reflect. Around the Jae Foundation, we often talk about the 5 Ps of Self-Leadership — Purpose, Passion, People, Perspective, and Priority.

Each season brings new opportunities to live out these values, and fall feels like the perfect time to check in on where we stand. As the year’s final stretch begins, here’s a little challenge for all of us:

Purpose: What is my purpose from now until the end of the year? Where am I being called to focus my time, energy, and heart?

Passion: What passions can I lean into as the weather changes? What makes me feel alive and connected to something bigger than myself?

People: Who in my life needs encouragement, time, or presence right now? Who can I walk alongside this season?

Perspective: How can I keep a grateful heart and clear mindset when life gets busy? What reminders of hope do I need to hold onto?

Priority: What truly matters most in this season — and what can wait until later?

At the Jae Foundation, we believe that leading ourselves well allows us to better serve others — to create hope and a future for those who need it most.

So as fall unfolds, take time to realign your 5 Ps. You might be surprised at how a few intentional moments can bring fresh direction and peace.

It’s Boot-Check Time!
