We want you to know you are not alone and that there are many amazing agencies, along with the Jae Foundation here to help!  If it is a crisis situation, please call 988, or go to your local emergency room or crisis center. While the Jae Foundation is not a crisis center, we do have exceptional Resource Coordinators who can help to connect you with area resources. Our mission is mental health awareness and suicide prevention and to provide healing for those who have lost loved ones.  If you have someone who could benefit from hearing Jae’s Story, please contact us.     

While our budget does not allow for everyone to get free Jae Boots, we have specific initiatives that are supported by generous donors.  These generous donors allow us to raise boot-loads of money in order to fund the mission of the Jae Foundation.  Our current top priority is High School Senior Boots and the majority of our resources will be allocated for this initiative. Jae was full of energy and loved ALL people.  He had an incredible way of roping you in and meeting you where you were at.  We wanted a place where people could feel this same energy and connection.  As a result, we created Jae’s Place and we hope it is truly “the place to be.”  It is an all-things country store that is open to the public. 100% of the proceeds from Jae’s Place go back into the Jae Foundation to create sustainability and further the mission of the Jae Foundation.
