What is ICTC?
ICTC powered by the Jae Foundation is a softer launch to Jae’s Story, and we are ready to make a difference in the Magic Valley and beyond!
At our core, ICTC believes everyone deserves to feel loved, seen, and CARED for.
Caring is cool, and we’re on a mission to change cultures by spreading that message everywhere we go. We do this through spreading caring messages in the following ways:
Speaking to Middle School Students
We are excited to share our ICTC message through school presentations. We highlight the power of caring, the importance of kindness, and why leading with love and compassion truly matters.
Hosting Middle School Outreach Events –
We have officially launched the Middle School It’s Cool To CARE Outreach! This outreach is designed to walk WITH our youth — not just to lead them, but to grow TOGETHER. Here’s how:
We host monthly events for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, and each one will include a caring conversation, an engaging activity, food, and treats.
These events are a great chance to build a caring community, grow connection, and have FUN!
HS Leadership Journey and It’s Cool to CARE. Weeks
The ICTC Leadership Journey is a three-session experience designed to bring our student leaders together to learn, grow and collaborate prior to planning and leading through a school-wide ICTC week.
At It’s Cool to CARE and the Jae Foundation, we believe something foundational, we can’t lead others well until we learn how to lead ourselves. Across these three sessions, we will pour into our student leaders – building their confidence, character, and ability to influence the culture around them. Our goal is to equip them with the tools they need to lead a transformational, student-driven ICTC week, just as we know they are capable of doing.
