Founders

When starting the Jae Foundation, the Vickrey’s made a very intentional decision that they were going to volunteer their time at the Foundation. Jason often says the greatest gift we can give is our time and wanted to try and lead by example with that mantra. The Vickrey’s live in Kimberly, ID with their four children. They spend time in Idaho, Wyoming, and many other states to advance the mission of the Jae Foundation.

About Jason:

Born and raised in Pinedale, Wyoming, Jason has always been driven by purpose and connection. After years of leadership in corporate America—including serving as President and CEO of TitleOne—he stepped away in 2025 to pursue a deeper calling. He founded Be a Leader Be a Light, a leadership development, consulting, and coaching company dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Jason continues to pour his heart into the Jae Foundation, where he serves as Visionary. His volunteer work includes leading transformative retreats, expanding the mission of the Jae Foundation, guiding the Jae Fam leadership team, serving as President of the Jae Foundation Board, and championing mental wellness across Idaho, Wyoming, and beyond.

About Paige:

Paige was born and raised in Pocatello, ID.  She volunteers her time as Teen Outreach Coordinator allowing her to spend time in her passion of working with our youth.  Paige was diagnosed with severe Obsession Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in High School and through the Jae Foundation shares her own journey in hopes of helping others.  When she isn’t at the Foundation, you can bet she is chasing the Vickrey’s four young children around in their many activities.

Matt Gealta

Matthew Gealta is a Financial Advisor and Limited Partner with Edward Jones Investments. Before joining Edward Jones, he served in law enforcement with both the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Twin Falls Police Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Matthew has also worked as a licensed Idaho Realtor and was a founding partner of a small business marketing and consulting firm.

Matthew considers his greatest accomplishments to be his marriage to his wife, Alexa, and the privilege of being a father to their son, Maddox.

Having spent much of his law enforcement career here in the Magic Valley, Matthew has seen firsthand the impact of mental health challenges and suicide in this community. He believes deeply in the mission of the Jae Foundation and the vital role it plays in bringing hope, connection, and support to those who need it most. Across all his careers, Matthew’s driving passion has remained the same: helping people live healthier, fuller, and more meaningful lives. He is a strong advocate for mental health and self-care and believes that every person deserves to feel loved, valued, and supported.

Nicole Gabiola

Nicole Gabiola has been a dedicated supporter of the Jae Foundation since its inception, playing an integral role in its early development and mission-driven growth. A respected real estate professional and community leader with more than 20 years of experience, she brings a blend of heart, strategic insight, and organizational excellence to her role as Board Secretary.

Nicole is the founder of the Words for Woody Scholarship Program, which has awarded more than $80,000 in its first three years. Rooted in creativity, connection, and hope, the program empowers young adults across Idaho and Wyoming to share their stories and pursue higher education or skilled trades.

Deeply committed to her community and the Foundation’s mission, Nicole draws inspiration from her family—her husband August and their 6-year-old son, Mateo—who remind her daily of the importance of creating a safer, more connected world for future generations.

Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, Nicole is honored to serve on the Board and continue championing Jae’s mission of saving lives and building brighter futures.

Tracey Evans

Tracey has been proud to call the Magic Valley her home for the majority of her life. After a 19 year career in banking, Tracey retired in May 2024 to pursue her heart for volunteering and pouring into others. She has served on several local boards throughout her career and is honored to now serve as a board member for the Jae Foundation.

When not volunteering, you can find her reading, golfing, traveling watching baseball (go Cubs) or spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Brian Vriesman

Brian Vriesman began his Jae Foundation board participation in 2026. He and his family have lived in Twin Falls for more than forty years and brings experience with local non-profits as well as college boards of trustees. Brian served as the lead pastor of the Twin Falls Reformed Church for almost thirty years and during his tenure there assisted in the launch of several local non-profits. He has had experience in addressing mental health issues due to  his pastoral role and strongly supports the priorities of the Jae Foundation as crucial in addressing the challenges involving mental health.

Brian is married with four children and eight grandchildren and continues to be a sports enthusiast, especially anything having to do with Chicago professional sports teams. In recent years he has spent time coaching his grandchildren’s basketball teams and maintaining a mediocre golf handicap. He received his Jae boots in the fall of 2024 and is grateful for the ongoing opportunity to serve the Jae Foundation.
